ये शर्तें Gondi Sikho ऐप और gondisikho.cloud वेबसाइट पर लागू होती हैं, जिन्हें Gariba IT Services Private Limited (CIN: U58200MP2025PTC079665) चलाती है। ऐप या वेबसाइट का उपयोग करके आप इन शर्तों को मानते हैं।

1. यह क्या है

Gondi Sikho पिंडरई कलां, बरघाट (सिवनी) की गोंडी सीखने का मुफ़्त साधन है। इसमें कोई खाता नहीं बनता और ऐप बिना इंटरनेट के चलता है।

2. गोंडी शब्दों के बारे में

इस संस्करण की गोंडी कंप्यूटर की मदद से तैयार की गई है और समाज के बोलने वाले इसे जाँच और सुधार रहे हैं। ऐसे शब्दों पर "AI ड्राफ़्ट" लिखा होता है और उनमें गलतियाँ हो सकती हैं। यह सीखने के लिए है; किसी सरकारी, कानूनी, चिकित्सा या आधिकारिक काम के लिए इसे प्रमाण न मानें। कोई गलती दिखे तो हमें बताएँ।

3. गोंडी सामग्री किसकी है

गोंडी भाषा समाज की धरोहर है। ऐप के गोंडी शब्द और रिकॉर्डिंग समाज के साथ तय सामुदायिक लाइसेंस के तहत उपयोग होते हैं। आप इन्हें अपनी, परिवार की, स्कूल की और समुदाय की पढ़ाई के लिए उपयोग कर सकते हैं। इन्हें बेचना, किसी दूसरे उत्पाद में डालना, या डेटा-संग्रह या मशीन प्रशिक्षण के लिए इकट्ठा करना हमारी लिखित अनुमति के बिना मना है। ऐप का डिज़ाइन, कोड और नाम Gariba IT Services Private Limited के हैं।

4. सही उपयोग

ऐप या वेबसाइट को नुकसान पहुँचाने, उसकी सामग्री को स्वचालित तरीके से बड़ी मात्रा में निकालने, या उसे बदलकर दोबारा बाँटने की कोशिश न करें।

5. बच्चे

ऐप बच्चों के लिए भी है। छोटे बच्चों के लिए माता-पिता या शिक्षक साथ रहें तो बेहतर है।

6. कोई गारंटी नहीं

ऐप और वेबसाइट "जैसी है" के आधार पर दी जाती है। कानून जितनी अनुमति देता है, उस हद तक हम किसी अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हैं।

7. बदलाव

नई सुविधाएँ (जैसे लॉगिन) आने पर ये शर्तें बदल सकती हैं। बड़े बदलाव ऐप या वेबसाइट पर बताए जाएँगे।

8. कानून और संपर्क

ये शर्तें भारत के कानून के अधीन हैं; विवाद सिवनी, मध्य प्रदेश के न्यायालयों में होंगे। सवाल हों तो लिखें: hello@garibaitservices.com, या शिकायत अधिकारी से संपर्क करें।

These terms apply to the Gondi Sikho app and the gondisikho.cloud website, run by Gariba IT Services Private Limited (CIN: U58200MP2025PTC079665). By using the app or the website you accept these terms.

1. What this is

Gondi Sikho is a free way to learn the Gondi of Pindrai Kalan, Barghat (Seoni). It needs no account and the app works without internet.

2. About the Gondi words

The Gondi in this version was prepared with computer help, and speakers from the Samaj are checking and correcting it. Such words are marked "AI draft" and may contain mistakes. They are for learning; do not rely on them as proof for any government, legal, medical or official purpose. If you see a mistake, please tell us.

3. Who the Gondi content belongs to

The Gondi language belongs to its community. The Gondi words and recordings in the app are used under a community licence agreed with the Samaj. You may use them for personal, family, school and community learning. Selling them, putting them into another product, or collecting them for datasets or machine training is not allowed without our written permission. The app's design, code and name belong to Gariba IT Services Private Limited.

4. Fair use

Do not try to harm the app or website, extract its content in bulk by automated means, or modify and redistribute it.

5. Children

The app is suitable for children. Young children learn best with a parent or teacher nearby.

6. No warranty

The app and website are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.

7. Changes

These terms may change when new features (such as login) arrive. We will announce major changes in the app or on the website.

8. Law and contact
